Scoping
An initial conversation under NDA to define the question. We propose a scope, team, timeline and price — usually fixed-fee, occasionally hourly for open-ended work.

Engagement
A small, senior team — typically a Partner-level lead plus one or two specialists. We work in close partnership with your in-house team, not over the top of them.

Handover
We hand over with the artefacts you need (decision, plan, model, deck, system), and stay engaged for a defined post-handover period. We don't try to make ourselves indispensable.
Producers, venue groups, festivals, ticketing platforms, broadcasters, rights-holders, investors and policy-makers active in the live entertainment sector — local or international.
Most engagements come from existing relationships, but we welcome direct enquiries. If the work fits and the moment is right, we'll say so. If it doesn't, we'll say that too.
